Trained Oracle EPM consultant

Job Title: Oracle EPM Trainee / Associate Consultant (Fresher)

Location: Hyderabad, Banjara hills
Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers eligible)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Undergo structured training in Oracle EPM Cloud modules (EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, TRCS, etc.)

• Support senior consultants in configuration, setup, and maintenance of Oracle EPM applications.

• Assist in analyzing business requirements and documenting functional & technical specifications.

• Participate in testing, validation, and troubleshooting of EPM applications.

• Work on report creation, data mapping, and performance optimization tasks.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, and Project teams) for smooth delivery.

• Maintain project documentation and adhere to quality and delivery standards.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of finance concepts (budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, reporting).

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and analytical tools.

• Basic understanding of databases and SQL (added advantage).

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.

• Eagerness to learn Oracle EPM Cloud technologies and pursue certifications.

Educational Qualification

• B.Tech / B.E / M.Tech (Computer Science, IT, ECE)

• B.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance / Systems)

• Or any equivalent degree with strong analytical and finance aptitude
