Qualification

• Diploma in Ayurveda / Panchakarma Therapy from an authorized and recognized Ayurveda training institute
• Completion of basic training in Panchakarma therapies is mandatory

Experience

• Freshers only
• Candidates with hands-on internship or clinical training exposure will be preferred

Age Criteria

• Up to 22 years

Key Responsibilities

Training & Therapy Assistance

• Assist senior and junior therapists in Panchakarma and classical Ayurvedic therapies
• Learn and observe correct execution of therapies such as Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Pizhichil, Njavarakizhi, and other treatments
• Follow therapy instructions strictly as guided by senior therapists and doctors

Patient Care & Professional Conduct

• Ensure patient comfort, safety, and dignity during therapy sessions
• Maintain polite, respectful, and empathetic behaviour with patients
• Escalate any patient discomfort or concerns immediately to supervisors

Hygiene & Quality Compliance

• Maintain cleanliness of therapy rooms, equipment, and treatment areas
• Follow hygiene protocols, safety guidelines, and SOPs of Wyga Ayurveda
• Assist in preparation and handling of oils, medicines, and therapy materials

Learning & Skill Development

• Actively participate in training sessions, demonstrations, and evaluations
• Develop practical skills in Panchakarma therapies under supervision
• Learn proper documentation and basic patient handling

Communication & Language Support

• Communicate politely with patients in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
• Follow instructions clearly and maintain effective teamwork

• Basic understanding of Panchakarma therapies
• Willingness to learn and follow guidance
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Discipline, punctuality, and professional attitude
• Physically fit for therapy-related activities

• Recently trained Ayurveda therapist seeking structured clinical exposure
• Enthusiastic, disciplined, and service-oriented individual
• Willing to grow into Junior and Senior Therapist roles at Wyga Ayurveda
