- Assist the Captain and Floor Manager in smooth day-to-day brewery operations
- Learn and follow The Brew Estate’s service standards and guest experience protocols
- Take food and beverage orders, with basic knowledge of craft beers and pairings
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar for timely and accurate service
- Ensure proper table management, guest engagement, and service flow during peak hours
- Handle guest queries and complaints courteously, escalating when required
- Support billing, closing procedures, and shift handovers
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, grooming, and brand presentation
