Trainee Copywriter – Hindi & English

We are looking for a Hindi Copywriter Trainee who can combine strong writing skills with a deep curiosity for ideas. This role goes beyond writing catchy lines for social, it demands the ability to research subjects such as agrotech, sustainability & innovation, and express them in clear, impactful Hindi. Working closely with our creative and strategy teams, you’ll help ensure that every piece of content is not only authentic and well-grounded but also imaginative and compelling across digital platforms.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Copywriting: Create original, persuasive, and high-quality content for various platforms on social media and other marketing channels such as print, emails, media banners, and e-commerce websites.
• Tailor content to meet the specific needs of the brands and the preferences of different target groups.
• Thinking & Ideation: Collaborate with designers and other team members to brainstorm and develop innovative concepts for social media campaigns.
• Participate in creative meetings and contribute ideas that enhance client goals.
• Content Creation: Conceptualise/create reels and social media content that's new-age and engaging.
• Industry Awareness: Staying up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies (including AI) in the fields advertising and digital marketing.

Skills & experience required to Succeed in this role:

• Work Experience: 0-1 years
• Language Proficiency: Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging copy that adheres to grammatical rules without compromising nuances in the Hindi language.
• Good command over English language is needed as well.
• Knowledge of social media lingo and generation-specific vocabulary is a plus.
• AI Skills: Basic knowledge of AI and ability to write prompts as and when required.
• Creative Thinking: Ability to think out-of-the-box and crafting content that resonates with various target audiences.
• Pop Culture: Awareness and interest in popular cultures that define the internet and social media today.
