Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing, maintaining, and updating statutory registers and records as required under the Companies Act and other applicable laws.
- Support in drafting notices, agendas, and minutes for Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and General Meetings.
- Assist in filing various e-forms with MCA (ROC filings), including preparation, verification, and documentation.
- Help in conducting secretarial audits, compliance checks, and ensuring adherence to applicable laws.
- Coordination with internal departments, external consultants, RTA, auditors, and stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing annual reports, returns, resolutions, and compliance certificates.
- Research on corporate laws, SEBI regulations, FEMA, and other applicable legal frameworks.
- Support in documentation for share transfers, share allotments, and other secretarial matters.
- Maintain organized documentation for all secretarial work.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Company Secretary.
Skills & Competencies Required:
- Good knowledge of Companies Act, 2013 and basic understanding of corporate compliances.
- Strong drafting skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
Eligibility:
- Must have completed CS Executive (both modules) / as per ICSI training eligibility norms.
- Available for full-time training as per ICSI requirements.
Stipend: As per company policy Duration: As per ICSI guidelines (12/21 months)
