Trainee (Emirati National with Family Book)

Job Title : Trainee

Location : Dubai, UAE

Department : Strategy/ PMO

Reports To : Management Teams

As a Trainee, your day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Support project teams with administrative and operational tasks to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Maintain effective documentation, records, and reports to support decision-making and compliance.
  • Accompany company representatives or external PROs to government offices when required, ensuring accurate

communication and smooth processing.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government representatives, suppliers, and partners to support

cross-functional needs.

  • Represent the company in professional and culturally appropriate ways during external interactions with authorities and

agencies.

Scope of Work

  • Help build and maintain a Knowledge & Insights base.
  • Schedule and organize internal learning workshops for team members.
  • Prepare documents on company projects and learnings.
  • Support the Strategy department in managing relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Support in managing, planning and implementing strategic projects.
  • Support Project Management Office with ensuring project governance.
  • Roll out process-improvement projects with long-term organization benefits.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities with close attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and collaborative team player.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • UAE National (Emirati) - with valid Family Book.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years experience (Best for Fresh Graduates)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace. .
  • Previous Experience with management / coordination of projects would be a plus (Charity events, university events,

internship experience etc.)
