Trainee (GET) Electrical Engineer- PS Product Data Team

We are looking for an Electrical Engineer to join our PS Product Data Electrical team as a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET). This role offers a unique opportunity to build expertise in global master data management, electrical symbol creation, and CAD modelling within a collaborative, international engineering environment.
As a GET, you will be guided by experienced professionals and contribute to engineering data creation and maintenance using Teamcenter PLM and E3 CAD software, while gaining exposure to international standards and global workflows.
Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enrich global master data within the Teamcenter PLM system.
• Create and manage electrical symbols and cad models for the E3 software library.
• Contribute to data migration projects and support custom tariff code classification.
• Learn to align item and component creation with international engineering standards (DIN, EN, IEC, ANSI, ISO).
• Work independently and collaboratively with globally distributed teams.
• Consistently meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to quality, punctuality, and efficiency.
• Support the implementation and compliance of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
• The role is located at SP Infocity, Pune, with remote and hybrid working well integrated into our current practices.

• 
  Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognised university
• Experience: 0–2 years of engineering experience; exposure to material master data is a plus.
• PLM Expertise: Familiarity with Teamcenter PLM preferred
• Data Management: Basic understanding of Material Master Data workflows
• Technical Skill: Knowledge of electrical components and their application in design
• CAD Skills: Experience with E3 CAD software (Auto-CAD or E-plan or Zuken similar).
• Technical Tools: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel /Microsoft Access.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, ownership mindset, and collaborative attitude
