Job Title: Trainee Graphic Designer
Role Overview:
LEDFlex Group was established in 2010 after identifying a gap in the market for a more comprehensive range of linear lighting products and has now grown into a leading technology supplier. We design, develop and manufacture LED lighting solutions for the UK and International markets. At LEDFlex we continue to lead the way in performance, efficiency and ecological friendly exterior and interior projects.
We are looking for a Trainee Graphic Designer to support our design and marketing teams with day-to-day design execution tasks. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career designers who want to build practical, hands-on experience in a structured brand environment. As a trainee, you will primarily assist in adapting, formatting, and organising design assets rather than independently driving creative concepts. Creative input may be limited initially and will grow based on skill, reliability, and initiative. This role focuses on accuracy, consistency, and following brand guidelines, with gradual exposure to more creative work based on performance and learning curve.
Key Responsibilities:
Convert reports, presentations, and documents into LEDFLEX brand-aligned formats.
Adapt existing designs into required layouts, sizes, or formats (print & digital).
Assist in creating and refining icons, basic illustrations, and brand assets.
Support senior designers in preparing files for print, digital, or internal use.
Make basic edits, revisions, and formatting changes as per instructions.
Maintain and organise design files, templates, and brand assets.
Ensure all outputs strictly follow established brand guidelines.
Handle routine and repetitive design tasks with attention to detail.
Requirements:
Basic understanding of graphic design principles (layout, typography, spacing).
Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and/or Figma.
Ability to follow instructions and brand guidelines carefully.
Willingness to work on routine, detail-oriented design tasks.
Openness to feedback and a learning mindset.
A basic portfolio (academic, personal, or practice work is acceptable).
Experience & Eligibility:
0-1year, Freshers are welcome to apply.
Prior professional experience is not mandatory.
Trainee Duration:
Performance-based growth opportunities.
High-performing trainees may be considered for a full-time Graphic Designer role based on business requirements.

Desirable Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM with a one-hour lunch break.
