Trainee Inventory Officer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Records & Stock Control
Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and monitoring stock levels to ensure data accuracy and availability of items.

2. Receiving, Issuance & Storage Support
Support receiving, issuing, and proper storage of inventory items in coordination with store and procurement teams.

3. Stock Counts & Reconciliation
Perform stock counts and assist in reconciling discrepancies.

4. Reporting & MIS Documentation
Prepare basic inventory reports using MIS Office tools (Excel and Word) and maintain routine inventory documentation.

5. Compliance, Coordination & Safety
Follow inventory procedures and safety standards and coordinate with procurement and store teams to support daily operations.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Intermediate, Bachelors (Preferred)
• Experience: Fresh to 01 year of experience in a relevant field, preferably within a healthcare industry
• Skills: Basic Excel & Word, attention to detail, willingness to learn inventory and store operations
• Location: Karachi
