Trainee Market Research Recruitment (Only Female Candidate)

Roles & Responsibilities-

• This role majorly focuses on PRIMARY RESEARCH
• Primarily will be involved in conducting research surveys over the phone with national and international respondents with C-Levels/VPs/Directors/Managers etc.
• Studying and analyzing the business needs of clients and prospects, conducting market research.
• Perform secondary research and generate leads using various tools, directories, and websites.
• Performing web based as well as telephonic interviews in different geographies. (CATI & CAWI.
• Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration.
• -Initiating In-depth Interview and probe for information resulting in valuable qualitative data.
• Able to handle multiple tasks concurrently with attention to details.
• Working on the conceptualize and designed project methodology in close coordination with the manager.

Shift Timings: Rotational Shifts (24*7) [Cabs will be provided].

Working days: 5 days working (Sat, Sun off)

Experience : Only Fresher candidate

Gender: Female

Education : Graduate / Postgraduate (B.com/BBA/MBA)

Competencies Required:

• Must have excellent oral communication skills.
• A positive and high patience level.
• Solution-oriented approach.
• Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office.
• Must open for rotational shifts.
