Trainee Mechanical Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Mechanical Engineer to join our engineering team. The candidate will receive hands-on training and exposure to mechanical systems, site operations, maintenance activities, and project execution under the guidance of senior engineers. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience who are eager to build a strong foundation in mechanical engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in day-to-day mechanical engineering activities
• Support installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical systems
• Prepare basic drawings, reports, and technical documentation
• Assist in site inspections and ensure work is carried out as per specifications
• Learn and follow safety standards, quality procedures, and company policies
• Coordinate with site supervisors, technicians, and contractors
• Help in material take-offs and inventory checks
• Attend training sessions and technical meetings as required

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, piping, pumps, valves, or machinery – depending on industry)
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or basic engineering software is an advantage
• Willingness to learn and work on-site when required
• Good communication and teamwork skills
