Position Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic *trainees* who are passionate about horticulture, mushrooms, and modern farming practices. This role offers hands-on experience in *mushroom production (spawn, substrate preparation, fruiting)* and *flower cultivation (nursery management, propagation, pest control, post-harvest care)* under expert supervision.

Responsibilities

* Assist in mushroom lab operations, including spawn preparation and mycelium handling.

* Help with environmental control, hygiene, and crop management.

* Support daily activities in the flower greenhouse — planting, pruning, irrigation, and harvesting.

* Record growth data, assist in quality checks, and maintain cleanliness in production areas.

* Learn and apply modern cultivation techniques, automation, and sustainability practices.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s or Diploma in Agriculture, Botany, Microbiology, or a related field (Fresh graduates encouraged).

* Keen interest in mushroom and flower cultivation.

* Willingness to work in farm/lab environments.

* Team player with a strong work ethic and learning mindset.
