We’re looking for motivated Trainee Refrigeration Engineers to join our team for a long-term career. This trainee refrigeration role is perfect for someone eager to learn and grow within refrigeration, air conditioning, and equipment maintenance. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers, gain hands-on experience, and have clear opportunities for ongoing training and career progression within a trainee refrigeration career path.

Key Responsibilities:

⚡ Assisting with the installation, inspection, and maintenance of refrigeration and HVAC systems
⚡ Supporting equipment repairs, troubleshooting, and fault diagnosis
⚡ Using CAFM software to manage job sheets and reporting
⚡ Taking part in planned preventative maintenance to keep systems running efficiently
⚡ Supporting site works and system upgrades while following health & safety standards
⚡ Participating in the callout rota (approximately 1 in 4 weeks)

What we are looking for:
✔ Basic mechanical knowledge and a genuine eagerness to learn within a trainee refrigeration environment
✔ Ability to read schematics and follow technical instructions
✔ Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
✔ Positive, proactive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
✔ Interest in long-term development within refrigeration and HVAC as a trainee refrigeration engineer
✔ Full UK Driving Licence (required)

Desirable:
➕ Previous experience in a mechanical, electrical, or engineering environment (advantageous but not essential)
