Trainee Sales Data Coordinator

Job Description:
I&K Enterprises, operating under renowned personal care brands like Nexton and De’LESH, is looking for a Trainee Sales Data Coordinator to support its growing operations in Lahore. his is an excellent opportunity for fresh and early-career individuals who are eager to build a career in sales coordination, customer support, and data management within a dynamic FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customers and field staff on order, payment and return issues.
• Keep accurate logs and help desk ticket status updates.
• Guide field staff on software usage and order punching.
• Ensure proper documentation of IT incidents and resolutions.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Minimum Intermediate (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Experience: 0–1 year (fresh candidates encouraged to apply)
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data entry
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Must be a resident of Lahore
• Female candidates will be given preference
