Trainer

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that enhance employee skills, performance, and knowledge. The Trainer will work closely with department heads and HR to ensure training aligns with organizational goals and supports continuous professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop training materials, manuals, presentations, and e-learning content
• Conduct in-person training sessions for new hires and existing employees
• Evaluate individual and organizational training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance data
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed
• Provide coaching and one-on-one support to employees when necessary
• Stay updated with the latest training tools, techniques, and trends
• Maintain training records and track employee progress and feedback
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure training content is accurate and relevant
• Ensure training activities comply with internal standards and regulatory requirements

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
