Academic Manager

Koranga, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement academic policies, curriculum guides, and provide mentoring to teachers.
  • Monitor and evaluate schools’ academic performance through regular visits and reporting.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve student enrollment and retention.
  • Organize and manage teacher trainings and capacity-building initiatives.
  • Collect, analyze, and report academic data to support management decision-making.
  • Promote extracurricular and co-curricular activities in collaboration with institutions.
  • Provide leadership in all academic matters within PEN-adopted schools.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in academic management or school leadership.
  • Strong background in curriculum design, teacher training, and school evaluation.
  • Experience in NGO or development sector education projects preferred.
