Key Responsibilities
- Implement academic policies, curriculum guides, and provide mentoring to teachers.
- Monitor and evaluate schools’ academic performance through regular visits and reporting.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve student enrollment and retention.
- Organize and manage teacher trainings and capacity-building initiatives.
- Collect, analyze, and report academic data to support management decision-making.
- Promote extracurricular and co-curricular activities in collaboration with institutions.
- Provide leadership in all academic matters within PEN-adopted schools.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in academic management or school leadership.
- Strong background in curriculum design, teacher training, and school evaluation.
- Experience in NGO or development sector education projects preferred.
