Trainer

The Trainer will be responsible for facilitating teacher training sessions under government school transformation programs focused on digital pedagogy, foundational literacy and numeracy (FLN), STEM education, AI tools, or other thematic areas. The role involves engaging with teachers as adult learners, enabling skill-building through practical, hands-on, and contextual training sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions to government school teachers as per approved modules and timelines.
• Use interactive, adult learning techniques to ensure knowledge retention and classroom application.
• Facilitate onboarding, orientation, and handholding sessions post-training, if required.
• Conduct pre- and post-training assessments and feedback collection to measure learning outcomes.
• Maintain training logs, attendance records, and session reports in coordination with the project team.
• Customize content delivery based on teacher proficiency, subject background, and local context.
• Coordinate with government officials, school principals, and stakeholders during training rollouts.
• Contribute to refining training content based on feedback and field observations.
• Travel across project sites and conduct in-person or virtual training as per project needs.
• Participate in review meetings, internal TOTs, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education / Social Work / Science / Humanities / or relevant fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in training or capacity building—preferably with teachers or school-based programs.
• Exposure to government school systems, NEP 2020, or FLN framework is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms (Google Workspace, Zoom, Microsoft tools) is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and local language is required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
