We’re Hiring – Trainer (BPO Industry)

Location: Islamabad

Salary: PKR 60,000 – 70,000

We are seeking an experienced Trainer to design and deliver engaging learning programs that improve performance and service quality in a fast-paced customer operations environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver impactful training programs to enhance service quality and performance
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and implement targeted learning solutions
• Coach and mentor teams to improve KPIs and customer experience
• Monitor training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements

Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Strong coaching, mentoring & stakeholder management abilities
• Proven experience in TNA & performance gap identification
• Ability to design engaging training modules & learning materials
• Knowledge of adult learning principles & instructional design
• Data-driven approach to measure training effectiveness & ROI
• Ability to manage group dynamics and drive learner engagement
• Proficiency in MS Office & Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Strong organizational & time management skills

Preferred:

• BPO / Call Center industry experience
• KPI-driven performance improvement exposure
• Training / Facilitation Certification
• Fast Food Industry experience (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
