The Trainer ensures that every telecaller is equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to effectively pitch real estate projects and secure appointments. This role is central to reducing ramp-up time, improving quality, and boosting team productivity.
Key Responsibilities:·
Design and deliver structured onboarding programs for new telecallers.
· Train on communication skills, sales techniques, product knowledge, and CRM usage.
· Develop refresher programs to address gaps identified by Quality Analysts.
· Use roleplays, mock calls, and real-call analysis to make training practical and interactive.
· Keep training material updated with new scripts, offers, and project details.
· Assess training effectiveness through tests, call monitoring, and performance reviews.
· Work closely with managers to align training with business goals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
