We are looking for an instructor to deliver practical training on how commercial real estate assets are accounted for, reported, and analysed linking leases, NOI, capex vs opex, development costs, valuation touchpoints, budgeting, variance analysis, controls, and KPIs to better asset decisions.
Trainer Duties and Responsibilities 
-  Run concise in-person workshop on CRE accounting & lease basics (IFRS 16 / ASC 842), revenue & recoveries, incentives, capital vs expense, depreciation/impairment, WIP, NOI build. 
 
- Create/update templates, cheat sheets, case exercises.
 
- Coach participants to read property financials, spot errors, tighten controls.
 
- Develop materials (guides, cases, exercises, toolkits)
 
- Deliver engaging sessions
 
- Coach participants and review action plans
 
- Evaluate impact (pre/post, feedback, application)
 
- Update content for relevance
 
- Maintain training records and accreditation standards
 
RequirementsEssential  
 
-  3 5+ years in CRE accounting / property finance / asset reporting or similar.
 
- Strong grasp of lease accounting basics and NOI construction.
 
- Confident facilitator (virtual & live) with example-driven style.
 
- Adult learning design proficiency
 
- Advanced Excel (lookups, pivots, variance) + clear slide design.
 
Preferred  
 
- Professional credential (CPA, ACCA, CFA L1, etc.).
 
- Development / project accounting exposure; interest capitalisation.
 
- Microlearning or LMS content creation experience.
