Job opening for a Trainer in Front Desk and Reception

One of Malta's leading and rapidly emerging institutions in Europe, known for its wide range of industry-driven and job-oriented programs, is inviting applications for the position of Front Desk and Reception Training at its Dubai campus.

Key Responsibilities:

· Deliver high-quality, engaging training sessions on front desk and reception skills.

· Develop and update course materials, training manuals, and practical exercises.

· Train students in areas such as:

· Guest/customer handling techniques

· Phone etiquette and email communication

· Reservation and booking systems (PMS software)

· Check-in/check-out procedures

· Professional grooming and body language

· Complaint resolution and service excellence

· Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in front desk, reception, or customer service roles.

· Prior experience in training, teaching, or coaching is highly desirable.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong organizational and presentation abilities.

· Familiarity with hotel/property management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) is a plus.

· Willing to work in the evening and or weekends
