Job Title: PMP & Lean Six Sigma Trainer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and certified PMP and Lean Six Sigma Trainer to deliver high-quality training programs to professionals and corporate clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong subject matter expertise, real-world project experience, and the ability to simplify complex concepts into practical, application-driven learning.

Key Responsibilities: Training Delivery

• Deliver PMP (Project Management Professional) training aligned with PMI standards.
• Conduct Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt / Black Belt) training sessions.
• Facilitate both online and classroom-based sessions.
• Deliver interactive, case-based, and practical training modules.
• Guide candidates in exam preparation and certification readiness.

Curriculum & Content Development

• Develop and update course materials in line with the latest PMI and Lean Six Sigma standards.
• Create real-world case studies and project simulations.
• Prepare mock exams and practice assessments.
• Ensure training content aligns with international accreditation standards.

Practical Mentorship

• Mentor candidates on live project submissions (for Lean Six Sigma).
• Provide guidance on DMAIC implementation.
• Support PMP aspirants with application audits and exam strategies.
• Conduct Q&A and doubt-clearing sessions.

Required Qualifications

• PMP® Certification (Active and valid)
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (Minimum Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred)
• Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years of project management experience
• 3+ years of training/teaching experience preferred

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of PMI PMBOK framework
• Expertise in DMAIC methodology
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
• Knowledge of Minitab (preferred for Six Sigma)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to handle diverse professional learners
• Strong mentoring and coaching abilities

Pay: AED4,999.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
