Qualifications & Requirements:

• M.Phil in Education (Professional Studies)
• B.Ed is mandatory.
• Additional certifications or professional development courses in teacher training.
• Excellent subject knowledge and fluent English communication skills.
• Minimum of 4–5 years of teaching experience in a reputable school.
• Strong background in teacher training, mentoring, and coaching.
• Experience teaching at the primary or secondary level is preferred.

• Salary package: PKR 45,000 – 50,000 (negotiable based on qualifications and experience).
• Outstation allowance for non-local candidates.
• Hostel accommodation available for outstation female staff within the campus.
