Trainer Sales Associate

Job Summary

The Trainer Sales Associate is both a studio sales leader and fitness motivator. You will be the face of HOTWORX Piscataway — welcoming new guests, driving membership sales, supporting members during workouts, and ensuring every visitor experiences the HOTWORX difference.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Membership Growth
• Conduct studio tours for potential members.
• Present membership options clearly and confidently, closing sales to meet/exceed monthly goals.
• Manage leads, follow-up calls, and outreach to drive new memberships.
• Guide members on proper use of infrared workout equipment.
• Educate members on the benefits of HOTWORX programs and healthy lifestyle practices.
• Provide motivation, encouragement, and accountability to enhance member results.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming studio environment.
• Assist with scheduling, check-ins, and member communications.
• Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed
• Community Engagement & Promotion
• Represent HOTWORX Piscataway at community events and outreach activities.
• Promote special offers, referral programs, and studio events.
• Contribute to creating a supportive, results-driven fitness communication
• Create Live Social Media Content in order to help grow leads and generate memberships

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, fitness, or customer service strongly preferred.
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about fitness, health, and helping others achieve results.
• Driven, goal-oriented, and motivated to exceed expectations.
• Team-player with a positive, high-energy attitude.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply for enhanced customer interaction.
• Familiarity with product demos and upselling techniques is advantageous.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $26.00 per hour
