Trainer [UDHG]

Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Trainer for our Unified Door and Hardware Group team.
Key Responsibilities

• Train new users on the following platforms.
• Comsense CPQ DFH estimating and detailing.
• SAP S4/Hana ERP.
• MS Dynamics CRM.
• Train UDHG best practices to ensure consistency across all UDGH locations.
• Support users with system/process questions using the Zendesk ticketing system.
• Identify the training delivery methodology required for each component and each audience including Sales, Estimators, Detailers, Engineers, Project Managers, Warehouse.
• Use prepared training materials to deliver consistent training.
• Deliver subsequent training as needed.
• Serve on project teams for rollouts of new technology and upgrades, which includes, but is not limited to evaluating, testing, and marketing. May be assigned other special projects.
• Provide end-user support services as appropriate.

Experience

• 5+ years’ experience in DFH industry.
• Experience using DFH estimating software (Comsense preferred)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools to develop training content (Word and PowerPoint)

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Strong knowledge of educational development best practices and methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and empathy training users in new systems and processes.
• Present a professional, positive attitude.
• Ability to create and deliver training material that meets the audience where they are at.
• Ability to deliver on commitments (high quality, on budget, on time) while working on multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be willing to travel and work non-standard hours to train and support delivery of time-critical project deadlines.

Compensation
The listed pay range reflects the expected base rate for this position. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and cost of living in the assigned market

• Base: $80,000-$115,000/Annually.
• Bonus: 15% Target Bonus.
