Training Analyst

Candidate is expected to help design and develop training materials, such as lessons, assessments, and visual aids, to help associates learn and understand the material. They also facilitate classroom discussions, run lab work, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide feedback to associates. They collaborate with stakeholders, and subject matter experts, maintaining up-to-date course content and track associate progress.
