Job Responsibilities:

1.Own Training Analytics: Design and maintain dashboards to evaluate the impact of learning modules on rider performance (e.g., violations, cancellations). Automate all reporting processes.Generate reports linking training efficacy to core business metrics, ensuring clear visibility into value creation.

2.Run A/B Tests: Experiment with content formats (videos/images/text), messaging (tone, wording), and delivery channels to optimize rider learning effectiveness.

3.Prove ROI: Identify struggling riders in specific areas and implement quick interventions to improve business outcomes.

4.Enhance Training Product: Develop and refine features like personalized nudges, drop-off alerts, and customized learning paths.

Job Requirements:

1.4+ years in analytics or product data (SQL, BI tools).

2.Proven track record of building actionable dashboards.

3.Proven A/B testing, automation and building analytics tools (not just using them).

4.Speak professional level of English.
