Training and Brand Standards Specialist/Assistant Specialist

Today, TAB Gıda is the leader in the sector with the number of restaurants and customer volume it has opened. TAB Gıda is increasing its effectiveness day by day with the brands Sbarro, Popeyes, Arby's, Subway, which it incorporated after Burger King, and the Usta Dönerci and Usta Pideci brands it created We are looking for a " Training and Brand Standards Specialist/Assistant Specialist" with the following qualifications to be employed in the Training and Brand Standards Department of our company.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

• Delivering in-house standard training programs.
• Planning and coordinating the training operations process.
• Participating in the monitoring, measurement, and reporting of training activities.
• Actively contributing to all processes aimed at improving the operational standards of our brands.
• Conducting operational training visits.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• A degree in a relevant field from a recognized university.
• Keeping up to date with developments in the food industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Open to learning, development, and a collaborative team environment.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and task management skills.
• No travel restrictions.
• Proficiency in the English language.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Preferably able to drive.
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Istanbul.
