This role is at Spirit AeroSystems, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company, supporting Spirit’s Commercial Business Units (“Spirit Commercial”). Spirit Commercial designs and builds commercial aerostructures, including for Boeing Commercial Airplanes, one of Boeing’s three business units and the premier manufacturer of commercial jetliners for decades. Spirit Commercial’s core products include fuselages, pylons, nacelles and wing components, with a focus on innovative composite and aluminium manufacturing solutions.

Position Responsibilities:

Establishes, directs, plans, develops, and implements technical product training programs for customers, employees, and/or field support personne

Technical training may include standard, repeatable modules, as well as customized and new product module

Obtains information(engineering, software and product requirements) from customer and technical organizations to prepare training program
• s
Develops lesson plans and training materials, designs product demonstrations, develops course content, determines methodology, and coordinates the development of training aid

Provides assistance and support to all divisions in helping them determine their training needs and develop and conduct their training program
• s
Conducts certification training sessions, product demonstrations, and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activitie

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range: $82,450 - $126,450
