We are actively looking for a fresh graduate to join our HR team as a Training & Development Specialist under the Tamheer program.
Core Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying training and development needs across departments
- Support the design, development, and implementation of training programs and learning materials
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and employee development initiatives
- Facilitate onboarding programs with a focus on employee orientation and learning experience
- Monitor and track employee training progress and maintain accurate learning records
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics
- Support the creation of training presentations, manuals, and digital learning content
Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fluent in English & Arabic
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of design tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop
