Training and Development Specialist - Tamheer

We are actively looking for a fresh graduate to join our HR team as a Training & Development Specialist under the Tamheer program.

Core Responsibilities
  • Assist in identifying training and development needs across departments
  • Support the design, development, and implementation of training programs and learning materials
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and employee development initiatives
  • Facilitate onboarding programs with a focus on employee orientation and learning experience
  • Monitor and track employee training progress and maintain accurate learning records
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics
  • Support the creation of training presentations, manuals, and digital learning content
Essential Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Fluent in English & Arabic
  • Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Skills
  • Basic knowledge of design tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop
