1. Identifying training needs for new and existing employees.

2. Organizing, developing, or sourcing training programs to meet specific needs.

3. Mapping out training plans for individual employees.

4. Designing and applying assessment tools to measure training effectiveness.

5. Handling logistics for training activities, including venues and equipment.

6. Exploring new training methods and techniques, and developing educational aids and materials.

7. Maintaining employee training records.

Key Requirements:

- preferred MSIL Training Process Candidate.

- Customer audit experience
