Position : Training Coordinator
Experiences : 1–3 years of experience in HR, training coordination, or L&D function.

Key Responsibility
Training Needs Analysis:

  • Collaborate with department heads, PMS Specialists and HR to assess employee skill gaps.
  • Analyze performance data and employee feedback to identify learning needs.
  • Develop annual and quarterly training plans based on business goals.

Training Program Coordination:

  • Research, shortlist, and coordinate with training consultants and vendors.
  • Schedule and organize training sessions, ensuring participation and logistics.
  • Maintain and monitor training calendars and program timelines.

Onboarding Content Development:

  • Design, update, and improve onboarding materials and training manuals.
  • Ensure content aligns with company policies, processes, and values.
  • Coordinate and conduct onboarding sessions for new joiners.

Training Execution & Monitoring:

  • Ensure smooth facilitation of training events (online and in-person).
  • Capture training attendance, feedback, and post-training assessments.
  • Analyze training effectiveness and suggest improvements based on ROI.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain records of training sessions, feedback, consultants, and budgets.
  • Prepare periodic training reports for management review.
  • Support compliance training documentation and audits.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
