Job Description:

Develop and coordinate training schedules, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of training programs to corporate clients.

Liaise with clients to identify their training needs and tailor programs to meet specific requirements.

Manage logistics for training sessions, including booking venues, arranging equipment, and coordinating travel and accommodation for trainers.

Prepare and distribute training materials, manuals, and other necessary documentation to participants.

Collaborate with trainers to ensure they have the necessary resources and support for effective training delivery.

Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure quality and effectiveness, gathering feedback from participants and making improvements as needed. Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and participant feedback.

Provide administrative support for training activities, including handling inquiries, processing registrations, and managing training databases.
