JOB DESCRIPTION
The Training Coordinator is a member of the Organizational Development Department and is responsible for communicating with managers to identify training needs for individual employees. This person is also responsible for collecting feedback from employees, assisting in assessing the effectiveness of training courses, preparing skilled employee role-based training projects, and assisting in identifying gaps in training. This will include maintaining the LMS and training records and assisting in the coordination of training events.
This position reports to the Organizational Development Manager and takes direction from various managers as needed in relation to the role.

RESPONSIBILITIES
General Training Coordination
● Manage the LMS including:
● Evaluate results and employee engagement with training opportunities.
● Gathering feedback from managers and fielding training requests.
● Monitoring Compass channels related to training - specifically to triage new training requests and feedback.
● Administrative support of live training events as directed.
Employee Learning Pathways
● Create personalized role based training plans in collaboration with OD staff and hiring managers. May include:
● Maintain role based training plan templates. Includes:
● Update / revise role based training plan templates as directed.
● Monitor role based training engagement and provide updates to managers.
● Gather feedback from managers and employees for continuous improvement.
THIS POSITION IS A GOOD FIT IF THE FOLLOWING RESONATES WITH YOU:
EXPERIENCE
● 1+ years working in an administrative or clerical position or similar aptitude
● 1+ years working with software platforms to manage data and content or similar aptitude
● 1+ years of customer service experience or similar aptitude
● Experience making travel arrangements or managing similar details

Pay: $25.00 per hour
