Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Training Coordinator specializing in Occupational Health and Safety to join our team. This role, available both on-site in AlKhobar and remotely, will focus on coordinating and delivering high-quality training programs to enhance workplace safety and compliance. The ideal candidate is passionate about safety training, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a dynamic educational environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate occupational health and safety training programs, ensuring alignment with NEBOSH, IOSH, and other relevant accreditations.
  • Collaborate with trainers, subject matter experts, and clients to design and deliver engaging training sessions, both in-person and online.
  • Manage training logistics, including participant registration, venue setup, virtual platform coordination, and material preparation.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, collecting feedback to improve course content and delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with international health and safety standards and accreditation requirements in all training activities.
  • Support marketing efforts by providing input on promotional materials for safety training programs.
  • Maintain accurate records of training sessions, certifications, and participant progress.
  • Stay updated on the latest occupational health and safety regulations, trends, and best practices to enhance program relevance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Professional certification in health and safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in training coordination, preferably in occupational health and safety.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training schedules.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and training management software.
  • Bonus: Experience in instructional design or developing safety training content.
