Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage training programs and workshops for employees across departments.
• Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance data.
• Coordinate internal and external training sessions, including onboarding programs.
• Track and evaluate training effectiveness, creating reports to measure outcomes and ROI.
• Assist HR with learning resources, employee skill development plans, and career growth initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of employee training and certifications.
• Stay updated with the latest learning and development trends to enhance program offerings.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in corporate training, learning and development, or HR coordination.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼12,000.00 - ﷼15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
