Training Executive - IT

We are seeking a highly skilled trainer with comprehensive expertise in BIM (Revit Architecture/Structure/MEP), CAD tools, 3D visualization software, project management programs, office productivity suites, and graphic design applications. The ideal candidate will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that enhance the technical competencies of employees, students, and professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Candidate MUST BE able to conduct high-quality training sessions on:

• Revit Architecture, Structure, and MEP
• AutoCAD (2D/3D)
• 3ds Max with V-Ray
• Primavera P6
• MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Advanced Excel
• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

- Candidate MUST be able to work in dynamic shifts based on client requirements.

- Create practical, hands-on exercises, projects, and assessments to ensure skill mastery.

- Deliver both classroom-based and online training using modern instructional techniques.

- Develop and update training materials, manuals, video tutorials, lesson plans, and assessments.

- Customize training modules to meet organizational, industry, or client-specific needs.

- Ensure all training content aligns with current software versions and industry standards.

- Provide post-training support and mentoring for learners.

- Track participant progress and provide constructive feedback.

- Conduct evaluations (tests, quizzes, practicals) to measure learning outcomes.

- Analyze training effectiveness and implement improvements as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
