About the Role

We are hiring a Training Expert – Agile Delivery Lead to play a key role in building and scaling the company’s technical training system. This position will serve as the mentor, hands-on trainer, course standardizer, and delivery benchmark for the training team.

The role is focused on early-stage core training delivery, development of standardized training materials, knowledge transfer, and coaching internal trainers. The ideal candidate should have strong frontline training delivery capability, a solid technical foundation, and the ability to convert field experience into practical, structured, and reusable training content.

This is not only a course design role. The selected candidate must be able to personally lead training sessions, explain technical concepts clearly, manage classroom delivery, and build a scalable training system from the ground up.

Role Positioning

The Training Expert – Agile Delivery Lead will act as the main trainer for standard courses and the lead coach for internal trainers. This role is critical in developing a replicable training model that supports installer development, dealer capability building, service quality improvement, and business execution.

Time Allocation

  • 60% Training Delivery: Lead core training sessions for installers, dealers, agents, and internal teams.
  • 30% Course Development: Develop and standardize training materials, including presentations, trainer guides, exams, case studies, and delivery SOPs.
  • 10% University Cooperation Support: Support academic partnership activities, university sessions, and pilot training projects when required.

Key Responsibilities

Core Training Delivery

  • Lead early-stage offline standard training for installers, dealers, agents, and internal teams.
  • Act as the main trainer for standard courses, ensuring consistent delivery quality and strong on-site training impact.
  • Deliver practical training on product knowledge, installation standards, service requirements, basic troubleshooting, safety requirements, and company policies.
  • Adjust teaching methods according to the trainees’ technical level, field experience, and learning needs.
  • Take ownership of key training sessions during the early development stage to ensure stable and high-quality training delivery.
  • Ensure trainees can understand, remember, and apply the training content in real field situations.

Standard Course Development

  • Convert technical knowledge, field experience, and practical cases into standardized training materials.
  • Develop complete training packages, including:
  • PowerPoint presentations
  • Trainer manuals
  • Trainee handouts
  • Exam questions
  • Case studies
  • Practical demonstrations
  • Training SOPs
  • Continuously improve training content based on trainee feedback, product updates, field challenges, and business needs.
  • Help the team move from individual experience-based training to a standardized, replicable, and scalable training system.
  • Ensure training materials are clear, practical, technically accurate, and suitable for frontline learners.

Internal Trainer Coaching

  • Act as a mentor for future training experts and internal trainers.
  • Coach new trainers on course preparation, trial teaching, feedback review, and formal course delivery.
  • Help internal trainers understand business workflows, training standards, delivery requirements, and technical training methods.
  • Provide structured feedback on presentation skills, classroom control, technical explanation, trainee engagement, and delivery effectiveness.
  • Support the development of an internal trainer pipeline to reduce dependency on individual trainers.
  • Build trainer capability through observation, feedback, practice sessions, and continuous improvement.

Training Process Implementation

  • Support the complete training process, including registration, attendance, delivery, exams, feedback, certification, and post-training follow-up.
  • Work closely with sales, service, operations, and audit teams to connect training outcomes with installer activation, order quality, service standards, and business growth.
  • Identify challenges during training execution and recommend practical process improvements.
  • Summarize common questions, best practices, field issues, and standard solutions through regular training reviews.
  • Maintain training records, reports, feedback summaries, and performance tracking data.

University Cooperation Support

  • Support academic partnership activities, vocational training programs, and school-enterprise cooperation initiatives.
  • Assist in adapting standard training content for university, vocational college, and technical school students.
  • Deliver selected practical courses, case-sharing sessions, and training modules for academic cooperation projects.
  • Collect feedback from university cooperation activities to support future course development and certification system improvement.
  • Support pilot training projects that help build long-term academic and technical talent pipelines.

Requirements

  • Educational background in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Power Systems, Mechatronics, Automation, Energy Engineering, Solar Energy, Energy Storage, or another science and engineering-related field.
  • Basic understanding of electrical technology, including voltage, current, power, inverter principles, battery systems, energy storage, grid/off-grid systems, and basic system protection logic.
  • Ability to explain electrical and technical concepts in simple, practical language that installers and field teams can easily understand.
  • Experience in solar PV, energy storage, inverters, batteries, power distribution, electrical installation, technical support, after-sales service, or engineering delivery will be preferred.
  • Strong training delivery skills with experience teaching installers, dealers, agents, technicians, or internal employees.
  • Ability to convert complex technical content into clear, structured, and practical training materials.
  • Strong on-site communication, classroom control, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to mentor junior trainers and share practical field experience with the team.
  • Ability to support frequent offline training sessions, field delivery, and business travel when required.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Urdu training or communication ability will be a strong advantage.

Pay: Up to Rs150,000.00 per month
