Pay Range: $58 - $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate live, instructor-led training sessions using interactive adult learning techniques (presentations, discussions, activities, games, and case studies).
• Deliver engaging virtual training via platforms like Zoom with comfort using webcam and live facilitation tools.
• Support readiness and adoption of client sales and enablement technology stack, including AI-powered tools and in-app learning experiences.
• Partner with Subject Matter Experts and enablement stakeholders to tailor and update training materials.
• Coach participants during training to reinforce learning, build confidence, and drive behavior change.
• Adjust facilitation style and content delivery to meet different learning styles, experience levels, and group dynamics.
• Track participant attendance, engagement, and readiness metrics to support reporting and continuous improvement.
• Share insights, adoption trends, and success stories that demonstrate training impact.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, facilitation, learning & development, or technology readiness.
• Strong experience facilitating live virtual training and engaging adult learners
• Comfortable delivering training on camera in a virtual environment.
• Hands-on experience with sales and enablement tools such as Salesforce, Seismic, Gong, and related platforms.
• Familiarity with AI-driven enablement tools and in-app learning platforms
• Experience using an LMS or LXP (Docebo preferred) to manage learning content and track participation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Moderate proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Experience with change management, coaching, or instructional design.
• Knowledge of client sales ecosystem and seller personas.
