Your Responsibilities

• Design and deliver interactive, performance-driven training programs.
• Build sales, communication, and compliance skills through engaging sessions.
• Monitor agent performance post-training and provide personalized coaching.
• Create impactful training materials, roleplays, and learning activities.
• Collaborate with QA and team leads to identify skill gaps and improvement areas.
• Keep training sessions lively, practical, and results-oriented.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Call Center Trainer (required).
• Excellent English communication — both spoken and written.
• Strong understanding of sales, customer service, and compliance standards.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and engage trainees effectively.
• Creative mindset with a focus on impactful, hands-on learning.
