About the role:
To support the Regional Training Manager to ensure achievement of regional learning goals by constantly equipping the employees with the skills, knowledge, and right attitude through Classroom & On-the-job training to enhance the operational efficiency and performance of individuals and teams.
Key Responsibilities
1- Conduct on-the-job assessment of salesmen, merchandisers, and loaders to identify performance gaps.
2- Conduct on-the-job training for new Salesmen, Merchandisers, & Loaders to help them enhance their skills to improve performance effectiveness.
3- Deliver training classroom programs to help employees develop knowledge, skills & attitude.
4- Conduct on-the-job training needs identification to facilitate the creation of the Annual Training Plan for the region.
5- Monitor implementation of annual training plans
Accurate data available on the monthly coaching plan vs. achievement, with relevant coaching documents for proper follow-up.
6- Conduct Induction program for new employees to handhold them to learn and understand about Almarai History, culture, policies and procedures related to Health & Safety and Quality. .
