About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated, humble and highly organised Training & Operations Coordinator who can support the smooth execution of our training programs and client engagements.This role requires someone who is courteous, people-friendly, proactive and capable of ensuring that all logistical and operational elements come together seamlessly.

You will work closely with internal teams, hotel partners, vendors and senior stakeholders from leading organisations across India.

Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & Program Coordination

  • Assist in end-to-end coordination of training sessions (virtual and in-person).
  • Manage participant communication, attendance, feedback and session logistics.
  • Ensure trainers receive all required support and materials on time.

Vendor & Logistics Management

  • Coordinate with taxi vendors, hotel staff, banquet teams and travel partners.
  • Arrange trainer travel, stay, transport and related logistics.
  • Maintain relationships with hotels, vendors and service providers.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Interact with HR Heads, L&D teams and client representatives for scheduling.
  • Share program information, confirmations and follow-up details with clients.
  • Ensure timely communication, professionalism and responsiveness.

Operational Support

  • Prepare reports, PPTs, attendance sheets and basic documentation.
  • Maintain internal trackers and databases.
  • Support the operations team in day-to-day execution.

Educational Background (Preferred)

Candidates from the following streams are preferred:

  • Hotel Management (BHM)
  • BBA (all streams)
  • Hospitality & Event Management
  • BA English / Mass Communication
  • B.Com (for coordination + documentation-heavy roles)

Fresh graduates / final-year students may also apply.
