We are seeking a Training Program Coordinator to support the daily operations of our training department. The role involves managing schedules, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring training programs are delivered efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and organize training sessions, venues, and materials.
  • Coordinate with instructors and participants to confirm attendance and logistics.
  • Maintain training records, registration data, and certificates.
  • Prepare reports related to training attendance and program outcomes.
  • Assist with documentation required for internal and external compliance.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide administrative support to the training team.
  • Ensure all activities comply with company procedures and relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in coordination or administrative support is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Working Hours:
Full-time, standard business hours (Monday to Friday).
