Job description

The Incumbent will

1. Identify trainers and keep a data of panel of trainer for all technical, certified and non-technical programs

2. Will liaise with sales team to find the right trainer for the program to be kicked off

3. Will be able to revise and prepare training outlines to the clients requirements and to all the public workshops marketed

4. Will support in preparing the proposals for training and consultancy projects to be sent off by the sales team

5. Will liase with admin to arrange all the logistics for the trainings to kick off be it our premise or in hotel or client place.

6. Will collect trainees feedback and prepare the course feedback, evaluation and action plan sheets to be sent to the client

7. Will re-engage with all program participants as value add with learning bites on whatsapp or LMS channels.

Job Types: Regular / Permanent, Full-time

Pay: AED2500.00 - AED3000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's in HR (Preferred) with training , learning and development, HR environment

Experience:

  • total work: 5 years (Preferred)

  • Trainer hunt: 5 years (Required)
  • Training Event Management: 5 years (Required)

Work Location: Business Bay, Dubai, UAE

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
