Training Sales Consultant (Hybrid – Remote & Onsite)

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

DIMOIS Training Institute is seeking motivated and target-driven Corporate Training Sales Consultants to expand our B2B training portfolio. This role is ideal for sales professionals who can combine remote outreach with onsite client meetings to build strong relationships and close training deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet clients onsite and online to understand training needs and present suitable solutions.
  • Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and corporate training packages.
  • Follow up on leads, negotiate pricing, and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales records in CRM and provide weekly sales reports.
  • Collaborate with L&D and Operations teams to ensure smooth program execution.

Requirements
*

  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Training, HR solutions, or B2B services.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
  • Comfortable with hybrid work: remote outreach + onsite client visits.
  • Ability to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Self-driven, organized, and professional in follow-up and relationship building.
  • English and Native Arabic language is Mandatory
  • Build long-term partnerships with corporate clients across Saudi Arabia.
