Course Enrolment & Student Acquisition

  • Drive enrolment growth by converting prospective inquiries into confirmed.
  • Registrations for professional certifications, language programs, and vocational training courses.
  • Provide consultative guidance to prospective learners, identifying suitable training solutions aligned with their career and professional development goals.

· Coordinate training schedules, participant registrations, and course logistics.

· Follow up with prospective clients to convert inquiries into enrolments.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, educational institutions, and industry partners.

Lead Generation & Market Expansion

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through LinkedIn outreach, networking events, referrals, strategic partnerships, and targeted prospecting activities.

Meeting Targets: Consistently achieving monthly and quarterly "seat" or "revenue" targets set by the centre’s management

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, training coordination, educational consultancy, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and generate new business.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Salary. 3000- 5000 SAR + attractive commission (performance based)

Job location: Riyadh, Jeddah & Damamm

Pay: ﷼3,000.00 - ﷼5,000.00 per month
