Course Enrolment & Student Acquisition
- Drive enrolment growth by converting prospective inquiries into confirmed.
- Registrations for professional certifications, language programs, and vocational training courses.
- Provide consultative guidance to prospective learners, identifying suitable training solutions aligned with their career and professional development goals.
· Coordinate training schedules, participant registrations, and course logistics.
· Follow up with prospective clients to convert inquiries into enrolments.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, educational institutions, and industry partners.
Lead Generation & Market Expansion
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through LinkedIn outreach, networking events, referrals, strategic partnerships, and targeted prospecting activities.
Meeting Targets: Consistently achieving monthly and quarterly "seat" or "revenue" targets set by the centre’s management
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, training coordination, educational consultancy, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and generate new business.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Salary. 3000- 5000 SAR + attractive commission (performance based)
