Training
Team Leader
who will be responsible for leading training function unit, coach and guide trainers to provide high standard training in different operation functions, enhance overall knowledge and skill of the team to be reflected in quality scores and performance review results.
Your Job:

Design training programs and develop training synopses based on the specific requirements of each function.

Create and update training materials and tools tailored to the needs of various functions.

Conduct performance reviews for trainers, ensuring they adhere to provided synopses and deliver training content effectively.

Monitor trainee performance scores and implement strategies to enhance overall training outcomes.

Develop guidelines informed by best practices and feedback from quality audit findings.

Collaborate with core function team leaders and the quality team to improve overall knowledge and skill levels.

Act as a mentor to junior team members, supporting their skill development and performance improvement.

Provide support for department activities, including training and on boarding new team members, ensuring smooth transitions and consistent service quality.

Assist supervisors and team leaders with departmental tasks and activities as needed.

Prepare and submit reports as requested by the team leader or manager.

Foster a positive, collaborative team environment, encouraging continuous improvement and teamwork.

Support shift operations and collaborate on identifying opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency and service effectiveness.

Stay updated on industry best practices and trends to continuously enhance team skills and knowledge.
Your Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration and/or any equivalent; additional certifications or education in training & Quality is a plus.

Minimum 2 years of experience.

Excellent leadership skills.

Previous experience in Training or Quality assurance

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Advanced Microsoft office knowledge.

Excellent command of English Language
