Transaction Centre Accountant

Job Summary

  • Reconciling periodic accounts receivables, accounts payable, bank statements, payroll and intercompany confirmations
  • Providing cash receipts/payments forecasts and currency analysis information
  • Performing loan transaction and other general ledger postings in ERP
  • Assisting and managing cost/profit centre, project reporting and other ad-hoc reporting as required
  • Participating in month end closure processes
  • Processing and posting transactions in accounts receivables, accounts payables and cash records
  • Handling with external and internal queries on invoices and related payments
  • Preparing customer or vendor payment runs
  • Providing backup support to other groups in the accounting department, and prepare periodic reports

Project related responsibilities

  • Participating in testing of new implemented software systems and integration with ERP systems
  • Assisting in development and implementation of business processes and controls for Accounting Transaction Centre in Dubai
  • Participating in external trainings and apply skills in development and implementation of Accounting Transaction Centre (ATC)
  • Ongoing general review and updating of Accounting Transaction Centre processes for improvements and automations

You have

  • SAP ERP system experience
  • Competency in Microsoft applications
  • Fluency in English, Russian language is a big plus
  • Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable experience
  • Cash book management experience
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Able to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization

  • Flexible and open to changes
  • Ability to create effective working relations with other including remote teams
