Transaction Coordinator

Ascend Realty is a boutique real estate brokerage in Juneau, Alaska focused on providing high-level service, strong communication, and a smooth experience for our clients.

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator to support our real estate transactions from contract to close.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys systems, communication, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

What We’re Looking For

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions at once
  • Tech-wizard (Word, Google Drive, email, digital documents, etc.)
  • Professional, positive, and proactive
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative

Preferred (but not required)

  • Real estate experience or familiarity with contracts
  • Transaction coordination experience
  • Knowledge of Alaska real estate forms/process

Position Details

  • Part-time (with potential to grow)
  • Flexible schedule
  • Pay based on experience (hourly)
