Administrative Assistant – Transaction Support

We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant – Transaction Support candidate to support our Transaction Coordination team with the day-to-day administrative tasks that help our operations run smoothly.

This role is a great fit for someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and loves being the person who helps keep everything together. You do not need a real estate background for this role - we’re happy to train the right person.

Why You’ll Love This Role:

As part of our team, you’ll help support the Transaction Coordinators with a variety of administrative and operational tasks, including:

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Transaction Coordinator team
  • Scheduling appointments and helping manage calendars
  • Responding to emails and client inquiries professionally and promptly
  • Maintaining and updating CRM, compliance, and internal systems
  • Assisting with listing preparation, MLS input, and listing updates
  • Organizing documents, files, and transaction-related information
  • Handling data entry with a high degree of accuracy
  • Helping ensure timelines, follow-up, and communication stay on track
  • Supporting other administrative tasks as needed based on team priorities

Preferred Experience & Skills

  • Previous administrative assistant, office support, or similar experience preferred
  • Real estate experience is not required
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets, email, and digital systems
  • Strong computer and data entry skills
  • Experience with Google Workspace preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, ClickUp (Asana), or MLS platforms is a plus not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
